Root Cellar Sanctuary is a mod that adds an underground home under your old house in Sanctuary, housing a single mattress, safe and various pre-War foods strewn across its floor and shelves built by Jahani before war broke out. There is also military ammo stored here as well as an undisclosed Duffle Bag cache on its roof; three gold bars may even be hidden somewhere nearby!
The cellar can be reached either by interfacing with a broken wall at the rear of their home, or using Build Mode’s Cellar Loadout menu to access it directly. It provides shelter against early radstorms outside Vault 111.
Family owned property situated along a real North Carolina Mountain river in an actual “holler”, this small house sleeps up to four guests comfortably, featuring a covered porch, RV toilet/sink, outdoor hot shower, covered outdoor kitchen with space for one two person tent site and covered outdoor kitchen – it makes the ideal base camp for adventure with hiking/river activities such as whitewater tubing/rock climbing right outside its door and other nearby outdoor pursuits nearby.
